Application for subdivision or amalgamation of parcels

Section 21
Any application for the approval of the Director to a subdivision or an amalgamation of parcels shall be made in writing to the Collector in Form H of the Schedule and shall be accompanied by —
(a)
such fee as may be prescribed;
(b)
a plan in triplicate, duly certified by a registered surveyor and showing all the details of the subdivision or amalgamation;
(c)
a statement from the applicant of the number of voting rights of the new parcel;
(d)
all such written consents to the making of the application as are required under paragraph 20(d); and
(e)
a certified true copy of the issue documents of subsidiary title of the affected parcel.
