Section 22
The Registrar shall, as soon as a file of the register of subsidiary title is opened in respect of a subdivided building or landed parcel —
(a)
notify the owner and the Commissioner on the opening of the register of subsidiary title; and
(b)
make copies of all relevant documents in the file of the register of subsidiary title and extend the same to the Commissioner.
