Section 26
—
(1)
Any person who is aggrieved with the decision of the
Disciplinary Committee may, within thirty days from the date of such decision, appeal against the same to the High Court.
(2)
The rules of court governing appeal from the Subordinate
Courts to the High Court shall apply to such appeal.
