Section 3
—
(1)
There shall be established a Board to be called the
Land Surveyors Board, Sarawak, with an office in the State of
Sarawak.
(2)
The Board shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and may sue and be sued and have a corporate seal.
(3)
The corporate seal may be affixed to any document or instrument, executed or issued by the Board which is required to be sealed, in the presence of the Chairman or any other member of the
Board and the Secretary.
