Section 7
—
(1)
The Board may appoint a Secretary and such other staff, on such terms and conditions as it deems fit, as shall be necessary for the discharge of its duties and functions.
(2)
The Secretary shall not be a member of the Board and shall not have any vote in its deliberations.
(3)
The Secretary shall keep and have custody of all records, minutes of meetings of the Board and any committee formed by the
Board, and shall also have custody of its corporate seal.
