Unless otherwise provided, a reference in this Act to an officer of the Lembaga shall include reference to the General
Manager and an Executive Officer.
Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000 16a. The Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000
[Act 605] shall apply to the Lembaga.
