Section 14

No person shall be eligible for employment as an Executive

Officer or officer or servant of the Lembaga who has, directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner, any share or interest in any contract or proposed contract with, for or on behalf of the

Lembaga.

Any Executive Officer or officer or servant of the Lembaga who has or acquires any such share or interest shall be liable in the discretion of the Lembaga to summary dismissal without notice.
