Section 15
(1)
Notwithstanding the deletion of sections 34 and 35 of the principal Act in section 12 of this Act, the agreement between the State and the Federal Government under section 34 of the principal Act shall continue to be in force until its expiry.
(2)
Notwithstanding the expiry of the agreement referred to in subsection (1), the principal Act shall continue to remain in full force and effect as amended in this Act.
