Section 145

—

(1)

A local authority may grant or renew a licence under this Ordinance or any bylaw made hereunder, subject to such conditions and restrictions as the local authority thinks fit.

(2)

A licence granted under this Ordinance or any bylaw made hereunder may be issued jointly with any other licence.

(3)

The revocation of any particular licence issued jointly with any other licence under subsection (2) shall not affect the validity of any other licence with which it had been jointly issued.

(4)

Every person to whom a licence has been granted shall exhibit his licence at all times in some prominent place on the licensed premises and shall produce such licence if required to do so by any officer of the local authority.

(5)

Any person who fails to exhibit or to produce such licence as required under subsection (4) shall be guilty of an offence.

(6)

A local authority may suspend or revoke any licence upon being satisfied that the licensee has breached—

(a)

any provision of this Ordinance or any bylaws made hereunder; or

(b)

any condition or restriction imposed on the licence.
