Section 112

Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur, or the Mayor or

President, Councillors, officers or employees of a local authority in the performance and execution of their duty or removes any mark set up for the purpose of indicating any level or direction necessary to the execution of works shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months or to both.
