Section 95

to remove the corpse or remains of the corpse in respect of which the offence has been committed from the place where it has been buried or cremated to a burial ground or crematorium provided or licensed by the local authority under this Act; and

to remove any structure erected in contravention of the provisions of this section and to restore the ground to its original state.

Any person who refuses or neglects to obey such order shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment and to a further fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit for each day during which such offence is continued after conviction and the Court may order the execution thereof by the local authority at the expense of such person.
