Section 24
Nothing in this Act shall affect the Constitution of the
Municipality of Kuala Lumpur, as from time to time amended, or the Federal Capital (Municipal Elections) Ordinance 1958 [Selangor
G.N. 351 of 1951; Ord. 32 of 1958].

FIRST SCHEDULE
[Section 6]
Qualifications of Councillor 1.
A person shall be qualified to be a Councillor under section 6 if—
(a)
he is not less than twenty-one years old;
(b)
in the case of an elected Councillor, he is a citizen; and
(c)
he is not disqualified under paragraph 2 of this Schedule.
