Section 9

Redemption moneys and interest moneys payable on any debenture issued under the provisions of this Ordinance shall be payable only to a person who at the time that such moneys are payable is, or at the time when he subscribed for or purchased such debenture was, ordinarily resident in the Scheduled Territories.

Redeemed debentures to be cancelled unless redeemed by purchase when they may be applied to sinking fund.
