Assistance and coordination

Section 12
(1)
The Agency may, in exercising its functions and powers under this Act, engage or require any assistance from, any person or the competent authorities.
Act 860
(2)
The Agency and the competent authorities shall closely coordinate, consult and liaise with each other and render to each other assistance for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
