Section 108

Any payment made, transaction entered into or any other act or thing done by the Corporation, the appointed person or a receiver appointed pursuant to this Act or at the direction of the Corporation, is valid and effective and shall not be void, voidable or be considered as an undue preference in the winding up of a member institution.
