Section 138
In the winding up of an insurer member, the liquidator shall submit to the Corporation—
of Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011

Section 138
(a)
a copy of the reports referred to in section 485 of the
Companies Act 2016 at the same time as he submits them to the Court;
(b)
a copy of the documents referred to in subsection 514(1) of the Companies Act 2016 at the same time as he submits it to the Official Receiver; and
(c)
such other documents as the Corporation may specify.
