Section 136
Where a petition for the winding up of an insurer member is presented by a person other than the Corporation, the Corporation shall be a party to the winding up proceedings and—
(a)
that person shall deliver a copy of the petition to the
Corporation at the same time as it is presented;
(b)
the Corporation shall be entitled to appear and be heard in all proceedings relating to the petition and to call, examine and cross-examine any witness; and
(c)
the Corporation, if it considers fit, may support or oppose the petition.
