Amendment of section 34
(a)
by renumbering the section as subsection (1); and
(b)
by inserting after subsection (1) as renumbered the following subsection:
“(2) The Corporation may publish the annual accounts and annual report referred to in subsection (1)
in the event that the annual accounts and annual report are not able to be laid before the Dewan
Negara and the Dewan Rakyat within six months from 31 December of the preceding assessment year.”.
