Section 4

Section 10 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for subsection (2) the following subsection:

“(2)  Without prejudice to any other provision of this Act, the Corporation may prescribe, with the approval of the

Minister, for any provision of this Act to be applicable to a subsidiary of the Corporation as if the subsidiary of the

Corporation is the Corporation itself.”.

Amendment of section 14
