Section 66
Section 132 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by deleting the words “, except where the petition is presented by Bank Negara Malaysia,”;
(b)
in paragraph (2)(b), by deleting the words “other than that presented by Bank Negara Malaysia”; and
(c)
in subsection (3), by deleting the words “and except where the petition for winding up is presented by Bank
Negara Malaysia,”.
