Continuance of pending applications, etc.

Section 102
(1)
All applications, approvals or decisions, on appeal or otherwise, pertaining to matters under this Act, pending before the
Minister or the Director General of Civil Aviation under the Civil
Aviation Act 1969 or Civil Aviation Regulations 1996, shall on the appointed date be dealt with by the Commission under this Act.
(2)
All instruments, certificates or documents pertaining to matters under this Act lodged with the Minister or the Director
General of Civil Aviation under the Civil Aviation Act 1969 or Civil
Aviation Regulations 1996 before the appointed date shall on the appointed date be lodged with the Commission.
