Existing ground handling services
of Malaysian Aviation Commission Act 2015
A person shall only be authorized to carry out the services and activities stipulated in any agreement and supplementary agreement in respect of ground handling services for a period of one year from the appointed date or such other periods as may be extended by the Commission if the person lodges a certified copy of the agreement and supplementary agreement with the Commission within six months from the appointed date or such other period as may be extended by the Commission.
(2)
The authorization granted to the person authorized under subsection (1) shall lapse if they fail to register with the Commission within six months or any extended period mentioned in subsection (1)
after the appointed date.
