Section 1
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Malaysian Forestry Research and Development Board Act 1985 and shall apply throughout
Malaysia.
(2)
This Act shall come into force on such date as the Minister may by notification in the Gazette appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different parts of Malaysia.
