Section 23
(1)
The property in every discovery of and improvement in any process or apparatus beneficial to forestry development by any officer or servant of the Institute in the course of his duties or during the period when the officer or servant concerned is under the employment of the Board, shall vest in the Board, but the Board may reward the officer or servant concerned for the discovery or improvement.
(2)
The Board may make available any discovery or improvement vested in the Institute by virtue of subsection (1), to any body or person subject to such conditions and to the payment of such fees or royalties if any, as the Board may determine.
