Employees of Council

Section 13
(1)
The Council may appoint such number of employees as may be necessary to assist the Secretary in discharging its functions effectively and efficiently for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act and the employees shall hold office for such period, receive such salaries, allowances and benefits, and shall be subject to such terms and conditions of service as the Board may determine.
(2)
An employee of the Council shall, at all times, act in good faith and comply with any requirements, standards, duties and code of conduct as the Board may determine.
