Section 58

Notwithstanding section 57, the Director General or any officer authorized by the Director General may, where he thinks fit, at any time direct that any oil palm product or the proceeds of sale thereof, or any conveyance, machinery, contrivance, equipment, book, record, document or other article seized under this Part be released to the person from whose possession, custody or control it was seized.
