Section 86

The persons who on the appointed day are employed as officers and servants of the dissolved Authority, the dissolved Board or the dissolved Institute under the repealed Acts shall continue to be officers and servants of the Board under this Act as if those persons had been appointed under subsection 21(1) of this Act on the same terms and conditions for a term expiring on the day on which their appointments under the repealed Acts would expire.
