(2)

Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made for the following purposes:

(a)

to prescribe all matters relating to quarantine and inspection;

(b)

to prescribe all matters relating to quarantine procedures;

(c)

to prescribe all matters relating to permits, licences and certificates;

(d)

to prescribe all matters relating to the registration of importers, exporters and agents;

(e)

to declare any premises as a quarantine station or quarantine premises;

(f)

to prescribe the procedures for taking and dealing with samples;

(g)

to prescribe the uniforms of the enforcement officers;

(h)

to prescribe the fees and charges payable under this Act; and

(i)

to prescribe the offences that may be compounded.
