Section 33
No person may reproduce or publish in whole or in part the
Malaysian Rubber Board (Incorporation) 29
contents of any research findings except—
(a)
with the prior written consent of the Director General;
and
(b)
in accordance with any terms and conditions as the Director
General may determine.
