Section 4

Meat inspection services.

(1)

The Veterinary Authority may provide, wherever possible, meat inspection services to slaughterhouses as prescribed in the First Schedule.

(2)

For the purpose of enabling meat inspection services to be carried out at a slaughterhouse, the manager of a slaughterhouse shall comply with the procedures and arrangements as prescribed in the Second Schedule.
