Section 5

Slaughterhouse operating hours.

(1)

Reasonable arrangements regarding hours of work and other details of operation in a slaughterhouse shall be at the mutual convenience of the inspector and the manager.

(2)

All operation at the slaughterhouse shall be conducted within reasonable hours and with reasonable speed having regard to the facilities of the slaughterhouse concerned.
