Appointment of employees of the Council

Section 4B
(1)
The Council may appoint or employ such number of employees as the Council may thinks necessary, who shall be paid such remuneration, allowances and benefits, and whose appointment or employment shall be on such terms and conditions as the Council considers appropriate for carrying out the purpose of this Act.
(2)
No person shall be eligible for appointment or employment as an employee of the Council if he has, directly or indirectly, by himself or through his partner any share or interest in any contract or proposed contract with, for or on behalf of the Council.
