Section 47
(1)
Any person who is aggrieved by the decision of the Authority under section 7, 9, 12, 14, 18, 22, 24, 30, 33, 35, 45 or 46 may appeal to the Minister in the prescribed manner and within the prescribed period.
(2)
The Minister may confirm, reverse or vary the decision of the Authority.
(3)
The Minister’s decision on any appeal under subsection (1) shall be final and binding.
