Substitution of section 493
The Ordinance is amended by substituting for section 493
the following section:
“Power to prosecute offences.
Quoted provision
Section 493
No prosecution for an offence under this Ordinance or any subsidiary legislation made thereunder shall be instituted except with the consent in writing of the
Public Prosecutor.”.
Deletion of subheading in Part XIV
