Ordinan dipinda dengan menggantikan seksyen 493 dengan seksyen yang berikut:
“Power to prosecute offences.
Quoted provision
Seksyen 493
No prosecution for an offence under this Ordinance or any subsidiary legislation made thereunder shall be instituted except with the consent in writing of the
Public Prosecutor.”.
