Section 22
(1)
Harbour craft shall not cross the bows or otherwise impede the movements of any sea-going vessel under way in the limits of the port but shall give such vessel as wide a berth as possible.
(2)
Nothing in this regulation shall relieve the pilot or master of a sea-going vessel from his duty to prevent a collision or accident wherever possible.
