Section 8

The master of every ship entering or leaving port between sunrise and sunset shall cause to be hoisted the national colours and the signal letters, if any, of the ship. The signal letters may be lowered when the ship is safely berthed but the national colours shall be exhibited from 8 a.m. until sunset whilst the ship remains in port.
