Section 7

The owner and master of every vessel that is to be laid-up, shall anchor in a position as directed by the Port

Officer and shall ensure that such vessel is securely anchored or moored so not to swing outside such limits as directed and clear of all other vessels and fishing stakes during all conditions of wind and tide.
