Section 13

There shall be payable in respect of the registration of a ship under these regulations and the matters connected therewith and incidental thereto, including the transfer and mortgage of such ships, such fees as may from time to time be prescribed under section 277 of the Merchant shipping Ordinance, 1960 [Ord. No. 11 of 1960.].
