Section 7

If the master or owner of a ship to which these regulations apply uses or attempts to use for the navigation of that ship a Terminable Certificate of Registry not legally granted in respect of the ship, he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars.
