Section 115
The Director shall, for the purposes of this Enactment, open a series of books to be known as -
(a)
the register of fossicking licences;
(b)
the register of dulang licences;
(c)
the register of individual mining licences;
(d)
the register of prospecting licences;

the register of exploration licences;
(f)
the register of mining leases;
(g)
the register of proprietary mining licences;
(h)
the register of water licences; and
(i)
the register of water permits.
