Section 187

If it appears to any authorised officer that there is reasonable cause to believe that any building or structure has been erected without authorisation under this Enactment for the purposes of exploring or mining for minerals, such officer may destroy, demolish or remove any such building or structure or take possession of it in the name of the State

Government.
