Section 10E
(1)
An Inspector or a police officer may arrest without warrant any person who commits or attempts to commit, or whom the
Inspector or police officer reasonably suspects of committing or attempting to commit, any offence under this Act.
(2)
Where any person is arrested under subsection (1), he shall thereafter be dealt with as provided by the Criminal Procedure Code
[Act 593].
