Section 38
(1)
The Chief Syar’ie Judge may, for the benefit and more convenient implementation of the provisions of this Enactment, issue any guidelines or directives he considers necessary or expedient and may publish them in the Gazette.
(2)
The Chief Syar’ie Judge may vary, review or revoke any guidelines or directives.
(3)
Non-compliance with any guidelines or directives may render a proceeding void unless the Court order otherwise.
