Section 3

(1)

For the purposes of this Act, the State Authority may appoint a State Director of Forestry and so many Deputy State Directors of Forestry, Assistant State Directors of Forestry, District Forest

Officers, Assistant District Forest Officers and other officers as may be necessary.

(2)

The appointments of the State Director of Forestry, Deputy

State Director of Forestry, Assistant State Director of Forestry,

District Forest Officer, Assistant District Forest Officer and other officers as may be necessary shall be published in the Gazette.
