Section 7
(1)
The State Authority may constitute any land a permanent reserved forest by publishing in the Gazette a notification—
(a)
specifying the situation and extent of such land; and
(b)
declaring that such land shall be a permanent reserved forest from a date fixed by the notification.
(2)
From the date so fixed, such land shall be a permanent reserved forest.
