Meetings of the Board

Section 6
(1)
The Board shall hold meetings at least once a year at any time and place as the Chairman may determine.

(2)
The Chairman and four members of the Board shall form a quorum.
(3)
The Board may make its own rules governing the procedure of its meeting and other matters connected therewith.
