Section 15

The Minister may, with the advice of the Council, by order published in the Gazette, amend, vary, alter, add to, delete from or substitute for the Schedule to this Act, and the Schedule as so amended, varied, altered, added to, deleted from or substituted for, shall come into force and effect and shall be deemed to be an integral part of this Act as from the date of such publication, or from such earlier or later date as may be specified in the order.
