The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette appoint a laboratory to be the National Measurement Standards Laboratory.
Minister
“Minister” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for standards and accreditation; National Measurement System 7
The National Measurement Standards Laboratory shall be responsible for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
