Section 6
—
(1)
A Chief Park Warden shall exercise the functions and duties assigned by the Controller to him in the geographical locality under his jurisdiction.
(2)
A Chief Park Warden shall report to the Controller any matter in respect of which any action on the part of the Controller is necessary.
(3)
A Chief Park Warden shall be vested with the functions and duties of a Park Warden or Park Ranger.
